Bodysuits have been a hot trend lately and it looks like they are here to stay. I love bodysuits because they are very easy to mix and match with different skirts, shorts, and pants to create different looks. They are also very flattering because they hug your curves and nip in your waist. You can find anything from a basic, solid color bodysuit, to something more daring that would be the focus of the outfit. They can also be worn year-round, and dressed up or down, so they are a very versatile piece to have in your wardrobe.
Yandy sent me some bodysuits to try out and I styled them in a few different ways so you can see the various ways they can be worn.
Lacy Teddy Bodysuit
The Yandy Edita Rose Teddy is actually lingerie, but can definitely be worn as a bodysuit. While there are sheer elements, there is also enough coverage for it to be worn in public without any worries. This is an absolutely gorgeous piece that is very feminine and delicate. I chose to pair it with a black leather skirt to contrast the femininity of the bodysuit, and they play really well together. I would wear this outfit on a night out with the girls! This teddy is a total bargain at only $19.95 and it is really well made.
You can’t go wrong with a black racerback bodysuit for everyday, casual wear. This Jersey and Lace Bodysuit is super comfortable and has a little added style with lace details on the back and bottom. I paired it with black denim shorts for a look I would wear out shopping or even to the bars. This is a great staple to have in your wardrobe because you can dress it up or down and match it with a lot of different bottoms. I would love to have one of these in a bunch of different colors so I could match it with a lot of different outfits.
Long Sleeve Bodysuit
It is also great to have a solid, long sleeve bodysuit that can be worn for a casual look or for going out. The Choker Plunge Bodysuit is the perfect choice because it has a flirty, cut out neckline, but is still appropriate enough that you could wear it to an office party. It is very stretchy and the material is actually solid enough that it isn’t see through – something that I always struggle to find! I always have issues matching tops to this sequin mini skirt, but this bodysuit is a perfect match.
The great thing about Yandy is it’s size-inclusive! Check out their plus-size lingerie for some super cute bodysuits.

I’ll be perfectly honest – I have always had body issues. I don’t think many women can say they haven’t felt insecure about their body at some point in their life. But 2019 is all about loving yourself and feeling confident in your own skin, so let’s embrace it! There are some easy ways to give yourself an extra boost of confidence while wearing a bikini this summer. Getting the right fit is the first step, then choosing the right style for you will bring out your inner confidence and make you feel gorgeous.
Choose A Fun Print
I love the snakeskin print on the Yandy Slither & Slay One Shoulder Bikini Top. Snakeskin is on trend for summer 2019 and you will be sure to get tons of compliments by wearing it. I always feel more confident wearing something a little more daring without going too over the top. I also like how the side is adjustable so you can decide how much skin you want to show. For someone with a bigger bust like me, it also helps to give the top a little more support
Wear A Multiway Bikini Top
A multiway bikini top gives you unlimited options on how you want to style your bikini. I chose to style the Yandy Desert Rose 5 Way Bikini by tying it in the front, which also gave me a little more coverage over my abdomen – an area I am a little insecure about. There are a lot of really cool ways to style this bikini which would be sure to turn heads and boost your confidence. You can tie the straps to make it look more like a crop top, or create a halter top for some added lift.
Throw On A Sexy Cover Up
It’s easy to throw on a cover up to hide your flaws, but with something a little sexier, you can feel covered up and confident at the same time. The Yandy Slither & Slay Cover Up is sheer with a side slit, so it is very sexy, but also very comfortable and on trend. No one will ever question your confidence while wearing a cover up like this. This cover up is perfect for wearing to a pool party or to the beach.
There are so many options for swimwear right now that there’s no reason you can’t find something that makes you feel confident and look stunning.

I love Spring fashion because it means new trends and bright colors and patterns. I always go through the clothes I had stored away during the winter and sell or donate what I don’t want anymore so I can make room for new styles. There are a lot of really fun trends I’ve been seeing this Spring as well as fresh twists on the classics. These are my top picks for Spring 2019:
Living in Scottsdale, it can get pretty hot during the day in springtime, but it can still be chilly at night. A denim jacket is perfect for Spring weather and it’s a classic that will never go out of style. A lighter wash is perfect for Spring and goes great with any kind of outfit. I got this Free People denim jacket at Macy’s last year at the end of the season when everything was on sale. That’s the best time to buy a piece that you know will still be on trend the following year!
These bags are everywhere this year! They are so cute and you can fit all of your everyday essentials in them. This is the Amerii Ata Bag and the quality is totally worth the price. I think rattan bags will be sticking around through summer and we will probably see similar styles next year as well. They match so well with boho-style clothing.
I love these Warby Parker sunglasses because the clear Rose Water frame matches so well with everything I wear. There are a lot of crazy shapes going on with sunglasses right now, but I like to stick to more traditional shapes because they’re more flattering on my face and are more practical. Sunglasses are another item where I would rather spend the money on something that will last me for years rather than a pair that won’t even last through summer.
I have always been very anti-diamond and prefer other, less traditional gemstones for my jewelry. Moonstone has been one of my favorites, but rose quartz is a close second. I absolutely adore this Moon Magic rose quartz ring. It is so feminine and beautiful and adds a touch of luxury to any outfit. I only wear high quality rings and this one is no exception (Who wants to be left with a green stain on their finger? Not me!)
I love that patterned pants have made a comeback because they are so comfortable and make you look super stylish without even trying. These pants are from Topshop and the quality is surprisingly great. The only problem is it’s hard to find a top that matches well with the pants, but this crochet top from Francesca’s seems to be a good match.
Everyone has their own idea of what a New Year’s outfit should look like, but one thing is for certain – this is the time to wear something decadent that you wouldn’t wear on any old night out. You can dress as extravagantly as you please because everyone will be dressed to the nines. Of course, you don’t want to wear something you’re not comfortable in, because the whole point of the night is to have fun. Whatever you choose to wear should reflect your personal style, but also dare to push the boundaries and take it to the next level.
Star of the Show
New Year’s parties are the one time you can really go all out and not stick out like a sore thumb, so why not go for it? Floor length is definitely the way to go if you are dressing to impress. You will turn heads in this dress with the thigh high slit and gorgeous gold, slinky fabric. The cut of the dress hugs your curves in all the right places.
FYI, this is the dress I will actually be wearing on New Year’s Eve because I am just that extra. I usually wear something with sequins, but I’m ready to change it up this year. Metallic has the same ‘wow’ factor without sharp plastic scratching up my arms.
Classic with a Twist
Black is always a great choice for formal events, and not everyone loves sparkle. You can jazz up the classic black gown with an edgy touch, like a zipper running down the front. Just because it is a plain black dress doesn’t mean it has to be boring. The material for this dress is super stretchy and is very figure flattering. You can even take the outfit up a notch with eye-catching shoes or accessories. This dress is also great for a more formal New Year’s Eve party.
If you don’t feel like wearing a floor length dress, a cocktail dress is also a great choice. Red will definitely stand out from the crowd, and the cut out gives it a flirty touch without being too revealing. This dress is also made from a very stretchy and figure-hugging material, which is perfect for showing off your curves. Wearing a short dress also makes it a lot easier to dance, which I’m sure everyone will be doing a lot of on New Year’s Eve!
